It looks like I won't be able to find a Sigma 8mm for my Nikon D200 and we've an important shoot coming up in a week.

However I can get a Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 Lens

Can anyone tell me if this is a good lens and if it will work with

- PW5
- Nikon D200
- My Kaidan QuickPan L Rotator base and a Twin Axis bracket

I only ask because its not listed on the compatible equipment page.

Many thanks!

The answer is probably no, although the Canon EF-S 10-22mm is listed.

You will be better off with a Tokina 10-17mm Zoom Fisheye for your Nikon. by virtue that the Tokina is a Fisheye and the Sigma 10-22mm is only a wide angle lens.

Regards, Smooth

I know some people in the UK have had luck ordering from
http://www.onestop-digital.com/
from hong kong 370 pounds delivered. They guarantee to refund any import duty at least for the uk, ireland as well maybe? Often arrives in less than a week.

But perhaps you meant you couldn't borrow or rent one as it seems strange you couldn't find one, they don't seem to be in particularly short supply, By mail order anyway.
