Well crap!

My 37" Monitor just lost picture and then "smoke" came billowing out the back. (Smelly Stinky Poo)

Bummer, seriously crapped off ATM.

Still it's under warranty, will be lost without it whilst being repaired? (Looked at)

Regards unhappy, Smooth

I can't even imagine what a 37 inch monitor looks like (my wife might also make a few dodgy jokes in that direction...)
Sorry to hear that Smooth.

Can it really be pleasent to sit and work infront of a 37" monitor? I don't think my eyes would enjoy sitting close to a 37" all day.
But I wouldn't mind having one in the bedroom. That would make it easier to get to bed early *lol*

Best regards
Morten

LOL Very Phunny!

Hmm, just eyed off the 47" 1080P FullHD screen in the lounge room, Wife doesn't look impressed, so I guess not.

The 37" screen is/was used as the dual display monitor in the office and hangs on the wall to show clients panoramas/tours or display company logo or slideshows etc. It is NOT in front of my keyboard as such but I can see it at -20 degrees to my left.

It is 12 months into it's 3 year warranty so hopefully it will be repaired without too much delay. To be honest I think we are still paying for the bloody thing!

Regards, Smooth

Update:

37" was returned to the store for a full refund (after 13 months)

Replaced the next day with a 42" fullHD 1080P LG (3 year warranty)

Back in business again and looks very nice.

Regards, Smooth

Can't argue with that (unless you have to carry it home by hand!)
