My brother bought the canon 350D as a used camera. The camera is working great but we are unable to get it respond to the computer to down load the photographs. I have load the soft wear for my canon 30D but still have no luck in having the camera respond to the PC.

Can any one advised PLEASE I need to get it sorted for him.

How are you hooking things up? USB? or Card reader?

I just left my father my 350D a couple of weeks ago and loaded my new 40D software onto his computer and all worked fine.

We used the supplied USB from my 40D on the 350D and pictures loaded quick.

May try Canon for some drivers?
