I am using a Canon 5d, with a canon EF15m wide angle lens.  I am having lighting issues when shooting in doors, where the sun is bright thru windows or doors.  I do not use a flash, but would like to.  I have a speedlite 580EX II but it will not work with the 15m lens (per manual and experience), does not light up the fringe area.  Any help would be appreciated.

To use a flash on panos you need to either use a bare bulb flash head or figure out how to mount a flash on either side of the camera so that the flashes overlap enough to cover the angle of view of the lens.
This is JMHO, but if you were not a photographer before you started doing panos, you are much better off doing blended photos.
