My bet is he was so impressed with his Nikon D300 that he decided to chunk all the Canon equipment and go for the Nikon D3 or maybe the D3X .

In all likelihood it will be the Canon 5D MKII if I can fine one! They are very thin on the ground here in Australia and this has pushed the price up.

The new Sony might be worth a look

Nikon 1, Canon 4,  Sony?

Hey Pixelator,  Big Ice Storm last night,  put 1/4 to 1/2" thick ice on the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.  Hundreds of wrecks on the freeway.  I think the Ice Storm is heading your way !

I stayed home !
