Is there a major difference between the two Kits. I recv'd the wrong Kit. I got the Kit MrotatorTCS instead of the Kit MrotatorTCS Short.

No, it it just the same thing but larger. It will work fine with all Fisheye lenses and also work with longer Zoom lenses. Nothing to worry about.

Basically it is the same thing just a little longer in the arms.
