Are you adding the panorama image as "Cylindrical"?

Please tell us the steps you are taking when attempting to build the panorama.

Regards, Smooth

Nice photo

Stitching and blending look good.

Problem is,
IT'S WAY TO LARGE AT 12,759 x 4006

You need to save it around 2500 x 1200 with a size of about 1.0 - 2.0 MB.

This can easily be done in photoshop using "Save for Web"

On reduction you may also want to add a little bit of sharpening.

ok yesx way to large.

I would expect that this program would save it at the optimum size.

That would be the "easy" part of easy pano.

on another note- does the documentation say anywhere what the size should be? I know you did...

I do not use Panorama2flash so I really can't answer this question.

Did you use Panoweaver for stitching?

The more information you provide the better and sooner we can help.

Because I was trying to help you!

Did you re-size your image as suggested?

I know I should keep out of this but I just can't. In my almost 2 years on this forum I have never seen such a smart ass and rude comment as the one posted by Cuibel "why answer the question then?".
Cuibel you were ask 4 questions by Smooth and Pixelator, you didn't answer any of them. How do you expect anyone to help you if you don't give the information requested? You need to remember we don't get paid to help you here.
You will find that the members of this forum will bend over backwards to help anyone. I have seen them go so far as to make a phone call or accept phone calls to give FREE one on one help. Some members will even do paid one on one training to bring you up to par quickly.
Just my 2 cents again..........

I would not give this much more thought Jerry and certainly don't let it upset you!

I was merely trying to help and he took a jab.  With the recent changes that I've made in my life, I simply offered him the other cheek.

At this point I would simply suggest clicking on the Help link within the program.

Thanks Matt, I just hate to see someone abuse others that are trying to help. I guess he/she does not understand we are here of our own free will to help others. Most of use have been in the same position he is in but was able to improve because of the folks on this forum.
OK, thats off my chest.
