Mambo is a CMS system. I don't know much about it myself, however I'm told that this is doable. Might be worth looking into a mambo forum for help there.

Well, this should not be a problem. (after some experience ;) )

Iam using Mambo 4.5.2

U can check my site:
http://www.powertext.ch/cms/content/blogcategory/18/32/

Wich editor are you using? One solution could be, you chose in the mainconfiguration at the WYSIWYG Editor: "No WYSIWYG Editor" and paste all the code in and chancge afterwards.

Iam working with the HTMLArea3 XTD-C Pro. The Pro Editor gives my the choice to create pop up Windows for the tours very easy. Look here: http://www.powertext.ch/cms/content/view/37/37/

hope that helps a little.

regards Markus

For everyone who installed the latest patch for Mambo (4.5.2.2). Since this patch it isn't possible to add javascript to content.
On forum.mamboserver.com I found the following solution.

comment out lines 1687 to 1690 in /includes/mambo.php:
// specific filters
/**
$iFilter = new InputFilter( null, null, 1, 1 );
$this->introtext = trim( $iFilter->process( $this->introtext ) );
$this->fulltext = trim( $iFilter->process( $this->fulltext ) );
*/

If you comment out the above lines as shown, then you will be able to add javascript to your content.

Good luck,

disjo

Update: Install 4.5.2.3version of Mambo and the problems are solved.
