Hey Matt66,

Welcome to the easypano forums.  First step is to be sure that in your dirictory the file name "Scene" may need to be changed to "scene".  Depending on your server.  Try that first if still a no go try the solution below.  I had some trouble with TW at first but had some great help and instruction with some friends here on the forum.  Hope this helps.

Regards, Pixel

Open a new folder within my documents and give a name i.e "test_pano"

Within the "test pano" folder create 2 sub folders named Image and Skin

In image place your pano and in Skin your "waiting gif"  this feature will not work in trial version

Open TW and create a new file using the blank option.

Used the default size of 400x300 as the skin size

Insert your "waiting gif" as the waiting image, again this will not work in TW trial version.

Insert a viewer of 400x300 on the skin

Insert your pano with the manage button

Preview

Go to publish and brows  for the "test_pano"  folder created in step 1 and open a new folder Output and give the tour a name i.e. "test_pano"  and save.

Publish

Hey pixelator,

thanks for your help! I tried to publish my stuff local on my HD not on a server. But I will check your suggestions tonight - hope it will work.

Greetz,

Matt
