I just uploaded my first tour (its a tester - images suck but i want to get a feel for the software). The problem is it starts to load, and then the bar just stops. What have i done wrong?

This is what the Java console says in regards to the problem:

This has to do with using the Image Encryption when publishing the tour, more than likely it is an issue with your server not likeing the encrypted (jp1) image files.

Try publishing the tour without the encryption, and see if that works, and then go from there.
