I've been fiddling around for a day or two now, and was wondering how to get the panoramic picture to correspond to the compass?? Right now I have a picture viewing the front yard but the compass on the map shows it viewing the neighbors house?

Within the compass properties you will find the compass initial settings feature - either drag the scene or compass to indicate the correct position
