can someone tell me why when i try to publish i get a microsoft visual c++ runtime library error? the application has requested  the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  please contact applications support team for more information.  i have  tried to contact easypano several times but i have a hard time understanding what they are saying.

Use only English alphabet letter A-to-Z and Numerals 0-to-9.

No special characters and no spaces.
