I don't know what I am doing wrong. Sometimes I can create a tour but most time it doesn't work. i thought it was very easy. I import a panoramic through the manage tab, and then go to the skin tab and select the Viewer control and then go to publish to see it, and most times all I see is a blank screen. I've tried importing the picture using all the options, stills, circular, cylinder, etc, but no luck. What am I doing wrong?

I also tried selecting so that the viewer control is at the front, but still no luck. Is it the software or my picture? I mean under the movie tab it works fine....

the problem may be caused by java virtual machine. please download and install microsoft java virtual machine from easypano website
