Hello Everyone,

Is their a copyright violation if I add the Java program on a CD for a user to down load if they need it?

The purpose for this they not need be online if Java is needed.

Also is there anything else I need to add for a self contained CD tour other than the tour files and a splash page?

Yes you can bundle Java on a CD provided you agree to the terms and conditions. See link below:
