can someone tell me why my stills look distorted in my vt's.  the still looks fine when i am looking at them in photoshop to choose which ones to use but as soon as i stick them  into the vt they look like crap.

You tour doesn't run with Sun Java.

I did run it with Microsoft JVM and it appears you have over compressed your still images. The panorama images are in need or serious correction (but this is a shooting issue mainly)
