Hello,

When I view the tour on my PC, it works fine, but when I try to view the tour on http://chablinet.com/vt/thonon , the page pops up after clicking on the thumbnails, but it remains blank

Note: I didn't change the folder structure, I conected to the ftp server and uploaded the entire folder content.

You must add the .vt to the server MIME types. This has been covered before in recent posts.

Thanks for the tip smooth. I am not really comfortable with this, so I tried to do it, but it is still not working.

On the form i use to add a MIME type, I put "TWViewer" as the mime type, and ".vt" as the extension.

Any idea/suggestion ?

I tried the following below after browsing the forum, but it still does not work.

It would appear your "config" file has become corrupted. This can happen if you upload in the wrong mode. You should make sure the Config file is uploaded in binary mode.
