I just setup a new computer, installed Windows XP, downloaded Java from Java.com and opened up one of my tours. It froze. Here is what the console says:

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_01

its good that you have that Console tool enabled... it helps get a general idea about what is going on with Sun 2 JAVA

I did a forum search on "nullpointerexception"

And returned with Smooth's comment
