Hello

I published my tour last night, and I was off to a good start, but the images aren't showing up in the scene viewer and niether is the map. This is my first tour ever, so I confess I must be missing something really quite simple. All the panos work in imersive mode, but i can't seem to make them work in preview mode or when published.

I loaded all my spherical panos jpgs. in the scene viewer and corrolated them with their respective hot spots on the map. The images are showing up in what I think is called "the combo box" but nothing is in the viewer, just the "waiting" image that I picked.

Thanks you for your time

Do you host on Windows or on Linux?

Did you also read this?

Is your image size 4000 x 2000 or less?   I had this problem early on and as soon as I resized my images to within the parameters Tourweaver can handle everything worked fine. Try that.

Thanks a million, 360pancam
My panos were 4000*2000 so I reduced them by at least half and that solved it.
That was the Kick start I needed. It works great now.

Thanks again
Chris
