Hi fellow Virtual Tour Photographers,

Perhaps someone might be able to help.

I have just published my first tour using Tourweaver 2.0 (Version 070301), In the design I used a clients logo as the Loading Window image. In preview it looks great, but when I publish to my website the logo image disappears. The other changes to the loading window are OK (ie background colour, loading bar colour) (I used a template "simple like")

I have tried to do the same by changing the preferences to use the clients logo, but exactly the same happens.

I have downloaded the latest version 070402 but this does exactly the same.

I have also created a completely new skin from scratch to see if this might overcome the problem, but it too does the same.

What am I doing wrong, or is there a bug?

Which version of Tourweaver 2 did you download?  Only the professional version 2.00.00.070402 lets you display the Splash Logo.

I noticed that your version is Tourweaver 2.0 (Version 070301). Is this the Standard Edition ?  It should have displayed the Easypano Logo.

Argg just noticed that you also downloaded the 070402 Pro version.

Not sure.. anyone else got an idea??
