At least twice each day, when I'm working with TW 2.0, the program simply crashes. There's no warning, and I can't detect a pattern in my usage patterns that predict a crash. Does TW2.0 keep error logs? If so, where are they located?

Dear Erin,

Yes. Tourweaver keeps error log. It is located at Easypano\Tourweaver 2.00 Professional Edition and named rtk_runtime.log.

Could you tell me which step you are doing that causes the program to crash? Your OS? please try to remove these two files under the same directory: Config.Pref,Recent.ini to see if it can help.
