Yes. Tourweaver keeps error log. It is located at Easypano\Tourweaver 2.00 Professional Edition and named rtk_runtime.log.
Could you tell me which step you are doing that causes the program to crash? Your OS? please try to remove these two files under the same directory: Config.Pref,Recent.ini to see if it can help.
