Hi:

I have a problem with TW3 but also occurs with TW2 .

When I publish a tour in JAVA I always select HIGH Quality in the Publish Settings (general) but sometimes the tour begins with jagged lines in LOW Quality, I need to right click on the image and change manually to HIGH quality. I know this but the customers doesn't.

How can I ensure that the tour will start in high Quality?

Is there a Java command or a setting in the Java Script File to fix this?

It happens with all my tours.

The panos are 2700x1350 but also occurs in smaller size 2000x1000. Tested in several computers with IE7, IE6, and Firefox.

Tour is here

Thanks for your help

Raul

Hi Raul !

yesterday i discovered the same problem was happening to me!!

but not before, I have make many publications and no one of them ever has done like this.... before i could not right click and see this information....

Maibe you have done like me, and the same project you have export it in java and also flash..... I think it's getting crashed or modified somehow that after this happens.....

So you can try to make new project and only export it in java...

I know this is not good solution, but i think in TW nowadays we have to work like this, no replace scene, no publish in java and flash.....

I always try to save my versions of the project in case....

any way good luck

ei, I don't know if you are really interested in that, anyway you can try to slve your problem by adding a javascript function

No Right Click Deluxe Javascript
