One of my customers reported the following:

They use in their intranet a tomcat-(proxy)-server and IE6 with JRE 6 update 2. In this configuration they can't load any tour hosted on the internet. (the tours are made with TW1.3).

However, this is the configuration they use as a standard at the moment.

When they disable the proxyserver, or when they use JRE5 update 13 (with proxy) they have no problems.

Also in FireFox they have no problems (even with the proxy).

They also cleared the cache of the proxyserver, and it didn't help.

Does anybody have an idea how to solve this, or is it a known issue in this configuration?

I own TW3 already, but due to the fact they have to let me alter their tours in about half a year (they're rebuilding a part of their office), they don't want to spent any money at this moment. So upgrading their tours to Flash isn't an option at the moment.
