1) Good photography
2) Quality virtual tours
3) Informative floorplans

If one delivers on the above and with some patience you will gain market share and become the prefered provider.

Your greatest asset/marketer is the real estate agent - they are always chasing there next big sale so they tend to move from company to company on a regular basis.
