Is anyone else having the problem of their movie timeline sometimes not appearing when you click on the movie REC button?  I'll be working on a scene and when I want to time it, etc. and click on the movieREC button-nothing happens!  If I close the program and re-open it, the movieREC button works just fine-for awhile...then the same things starts happening all over again.

I solved my own problem.  Apparently I was compressing the viewable area of the movieREC timeline onto the Properties/Action Area.  All I had to do was line up my cursor on the top of the Properties/Action box and wait for the double up/down arrow to appear, then drag the movieREC area up to where i could see it again.
