Hi Folks,

I'm getting as tired of asking for help as you must be from hearing about my problems.  My apologies.  current issue: the preview looks and works wonderfully.  I publish it locally to another hard drive.  I then put the tour on my server.  When I try to run either the tour locally or on my server-they both dies after the fifth scene.  WORSE, when I go back and attempt to run my preview-it hangs up on the same scene!!!!  Is there some kind of "backlash" that happens when you publish that affects the successful preview you had prior to publishing? Anybody else encountered this?  Did you discover a solution?  I'd appreciate any insight you might have.  Thanks.

Erin

Hey there

The only thing I can suggest is that you check the size of your tour - I know on 1.2 and 1.3 that if it exceeds around 28mb then 'weird' things start to happen.

Hope this helps?

Hi,

And thanks for the suggestion-however the tour is around 10MB, so size would not seem to be a factor.
