Hi, I have a tour which closes fine in IE but not in Firefox. Could it be just my PC? or is there something I am missing.

Hi nerjaace,

Different from IE, the default setting of Firefox does not allow to close the webpage. You need set as below:

1. Input "about:config" in Firefox address bar.

2. Find "dom.allow_scripts_to_close_windows" from the list and change it to "True".

Then the button will close the tour in Firefox.

Best regards,

Carol
