Hi Dave,

Try deleting the TW4 directory completely and do a fresh install rather than a reinstall. When TW is uninstalled, there are residual files left behind and some of them may be corrupt.

If you find it at C:\Program Files\Easypano\ and delete the TW4 folder.

Good luck

Willie

Hi, Dave,

Thanks for your report. After the testing of our developers, the mentioned error don't occur so they are just wondering if the program encounter languages compatibility with certain operating system when it is loading language package, but it is obvious that such error seldom happens becuase we haven't received any other report of the same problem from the customers. Anyway, we will keep testing on this issue, and if it is the bug, we will fix it immediately.

Regards,

Joe

Go to Start → Run... (or press the Windows key with R) and type in the following and press the Enter key:

sfc /scannow

This should replace any damaged system files.
