Hi people,

I'm creating a tour with TW3 that I put a hotspot on an object to enter an URL.
The problem is that when I map the hotspot, i put it exacly at the objects boundaries.
When I publish the tour, the hotspot area is much bigger than the one I set.

Is it a bug? something i'm missing?

Hope to solve this soon!

Thanks for reading and your help!

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

The hotspot size in TW3 is fixed and it cannot zoom with the scene. When you publish the tour, the object in panoramic scene will zoom in/out according to your settings, but the hotspot keeps fixed size. Is this the reason that makes the hotspot area look bigger than the one you set?

It would help a lot find out the reason if you can send us the project of the tour.

Thanks.

Best regards,
Carol
