Hi,

Since the TW4 version, i have a blank page that appears between the preload image and the virtual tour. You can see this effect on the ZhongYing Mansion tour, but it doesn't exist on the Lijing Garden tour. Have you any idea to disable this effect ?

I have figured out the issue.

The reason is that before the first image loads, a pre-screenshot of the first scene will appear. That's why a blank page between preload and VT.

To disable this effect, please go to publishing setting window of Tourweaver, click on Flash VR tab, check the option "Indicate Load Progress of the First Scene in the Progress Bar of Loading Window". Then the blank page between preload and VT will disappear.
