It is written that a manual of TW4 can customize the tool bar of the full screen.
However, I do not understand a method of the customization.
Please teach it.

You need to have flash software in order to customize it.

Can Full screen toolbar customization only customize the image of the button?
Cannot the change at the rotation speed and other actions be added?
