Please have a try as follow:

1. open the program files of TW3 standard, which should be at :\Program Files\Easypano\Tourweaver 3.00 Standard Edition

2. there please delete the files named "User.ini" and "Config.Pref",then restart your TW3 std and try again.

3. after you re-edit the hotspots, please access the menu "File>optimize".

If the methods above can't resolve the problem, please send your project file to us for testing, which should include a "**.tw"file and a folder with the same name. If your project files are too big, please upload these files onto yourserver and tell us the downlaod link. besides, please tell us which hotspot can't show its hint properly.
