Hello,
I am using TW3 Std Edition.
A new tour with 23 images and appx. 57 hotspots is created fine with no problem.
Output: Flash.
But the last 3 images dont show the "Hint", when hoovering over a hotspot.
They just show nothing :(
Hotspots are working fine though - but no hints.
I deleted the hotspots and insertet new one - no change.
Compared to the onter working hotspots I cant see any difference.

edit:
What is do do about this ???

Hello Mike,

Please have a try as follow:

1. open the program files of TW3 standard, which should be at :\Program Files\Easypano\Tourweaver 3.00 Standard Edition

2. there please delete the files named "User.ini" and "Config.Pref",then restart your TW3 std and try again.

3. after you re-edit the hotspots, please access the menu "File>optimize".

If the methods above can't resolve the problem, please send your project file to us for testing, which should include a "**.tw"file and a folder with the same name. If your project files are too big, please upload these files onto yourserver and tell us the downlaod link. besides, please tell us which hotspot can't show its hint properly. Thanks very much in advance.

Hi Genseng,
thanks for the advice - i will try this asap.

BTW: I don't get an "Email-Notification" - but its activated.

edit:
It didn't solve the issue- unfortunately.

So I will zip the demandes files and load them onto our main server.
This will take a while though.
I'll come back, when it's done.

Hello Ginseng,
here you can find my files:

http://www.netzserver1.de/ptgroup/gardles.zip

Includes:
vtgardles.tw and the folder vtgardles with all content.
Original path is P:\tours\gardles.
The TW file was just there and the vtgardels folder too.

Hope it helps amd is a minor issue.

Thanks for your help.

edit:
the link does not work as I posted it.
This should work:

vtgardles-link

Hello Genseng,
I found something:

there are some panos named xxx "yyy" - they dont work.
I removed the "" - now all "hints" work.

I guess the name-convention does not allow "" in the
scene-name.

edit:
is this the same in TW 4 Standard ???

Very nice tour Mike. Especially like the scene you shot from on top of the table. You have nailed the windows, didn't see any blown out. Do you bracket or are you using a lighting system?
It would look so much more professional if it were not advertising Easypano.

Hi Jerry,
thanks for the "flowers" :)

Mostly done with brackets, 2 or 3 not.
Canon 40D, Sigma8, TRing NPA and Manfrotto tabletop and 055.
Brackets only +/-2 (for ease) - neutral RAW converted with
Capture One 4 (only sharpness to 235- thas what the 40D urgently needs, all other settings untouched)
Enfused them and stitched with PTGUI.

There are2 or 3 where I forgot the "liveview"- so the shutter presented me a slight unsharp fringe around some tissues.
Just used the "normal" exposure then.

The fire in the fireplace was seperatly shot (I think you bet already :))

Yes: more professionality if the "Easypano" would be gone.
But it is just a demo - NOT any return.
Everybody wants to see how it would look like - I think the Standrad version just does a great job for this.
If a customer is willing to buy & pay - no doubt, I would likely go for the PRO version.
But someone adviced me to wait until the newe version will be released - because the odd numbers are more stable.
Cant complain about my V3.

You are correct, the TW3 viewer is much better than TW4. They had promised an updated viewer to be released in December. I think time is running out. Other than the viewer issue I am very happy with TW4.
I think with the quality you shoot you should not have any problems selling tours.
I am not familiar with Canon products, what does "liveview" have to do with sharpness?

Liveview doesn't have to anything to do with sharpness.

But when you shoot brackets with 2- 30sec (or even more) you
need mirror - prerelease because the mirror swing causes slightly a little blurr that is extremly visible.

This is easy with Liveview-> there the mirror is "open" and you
dont get the "blurr" - and its easy handling.
Just have to press one buttont - thats it.

Guess it's the same with Nikon.
