After transferring licence to another computer and back again I get this annoying information about "To view virtual tour properly, Flash Player 9.0.28 etc". So I have to publish my projects to view them properly. I had this problem before with a TW 3 beta or early version, but forgot how I solved it/how it got solved. Any info on that problem?

NB: I'm talking about the PREVIEW window.

Any help appreciated very much.

Yours,
Michael

Hi mstoss, welcome to the forum!

what version of TW3 do you use? we recommend you to install the latest version of Tourweaver 3.00, which can be downlaoded at http://www.easypano.com/download_tw300.html .

As to the preview issue, I think it deals with the flash player installed on your computer, please uninstall all of flash players and reinstall, the latest flash player can be downlaoded http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ .

Hello,

thank you EP for your answer (I'm fully aware, that I could have opened a help ticket, but to be honest, I normally get better help here in the forum).

I do use 080604. I guess this is the latest, but I'm not sure since I cannot see from the most recent download version, which one that is. It is only called tw3win_pro.exe. Don't expect me to install that version, since I can at least work with my presently installed version ("Never touch a running system"). I'm willing to try out things with TW4 occasionally, but I need TW3 to do the work as long as I cannot fully trust TW4.

Why shall I reinstall Flash (10.0.12), when TW does not work like it should any more? If this is a known problem with Flash or TW, well, tell me about it and I'll do. If this is just your guess, I will not. As I said, I need TW3 right now to finish my projects. May it be annoying as it is without preview-function, but I will not risk my projects right now.

Yours,
Michael

I believe Genseng was referring to this information: To view a virtual tour properly.

Does this help you mstoss?

Hello bruxist,

thank you for this hint.

No, I found this thread by searching the forum before. I can publish my projects and view them correctly without the flash message. No need to edit any HTML code and no chance to do so for the preview feature. This is why I think it has to be a TW issue. I already deleted the TW 3 pref file once, with no success.

Yours,
Michael
