I am new to the whole 360 Pano thing, so many of my initial questions may be a little scattered.

Anyway, we have to create a 360 that includes lots of pop-ups that include video. Is that possible with Tourweaver 4.0? And if so, what type of video format is required - FLV?

Yes it's possible with TW4 but it has to be a .swf file
(you can check TW galery, the project "NanHui Exhibition" has a video in the tour)

TW4 does not handle flv file directly yet.

But there is still an issue with sound that seems flash related. When you close the window playing the video, the sound of the video keeps on going.
