Hi People,

Id like to make a pano fade into another while moving around.
Is it possible with TW4? or... is there any software that do this?

Thanks a lot!

Daniel

Hi Daniel - I am not sure if this is what you are after but I remember seeing a web site with a neat effect (day to night using time delay). Maybe you can try and assemble a panoramic image using a similar method? Have a look here:

Hi Daniel,

I think this is what you were looking for,

http://fieldofview.com/spv/show.php?file=metamorphosis.xml

I really think it is awsome and I want to do it also.  If anyone knows of a way to do this please let me know. (without a plug in)

Hi Daniel,

The transition effect you are looking for can be done by either the Spiv engine like this> http://www.360turismo.com/vtpages/25_day-night.html
or with Flash panorama player like this> http://360turismo.com/fpp/fs/montana/day_night.html

Spiv uses the Adobe Shockwave player and FPP uses the standard Flash player plug-in.

It would be great if we could have this function in TW. You can do similar but you don't get the same smooth blending effect with the transition.

EP; any chance of adding this function?

Regards,

Paul.

Hi all,

It's very cool.

If you have this function in TW, how will it help your business? Could you give some examples how you will use it for your customers?

For EP, the best and most useful functions to you are of a higher priority.

Thanks.

Hi Carol,

I use this function a lot because most of my customers own holiday rental properties. The option to view a full screen day to night or dawn to day transition gives a wow factor that is very popular with my clients. At present I produce most of my tours in TW, but I create the day/night scenes using other software as explained in my last post. The ability to perform this in TW would be very beneficial to me and also it would be far better to have this transition as I use day to night or vice versa in my normal TW tours but as you will see from this example there is no smooth transition from night to day panos. http://360turismo.com/vtpages/zahoja.html

It would be really great to see this added to TW so everything could be contained and presented in one piece of software.

immediate ideas beside day/night:

You could do a vt of a flat before/after renovation work. Very useful for construction companies.

A hotel in the mountains could use this for winter-summer impressions

Hello,
a friend of mine has an exhibition of sunken artefacts in a tent - huge one though.
he wants me to make a time-lapse like this:

http://www.panoramas.dk/panorama/FPP/before-after/

i am thinking of tw with a movie-track that automatically blends between the single construction stages.
they are actual differebt panos though.

is there a better & easier solution ?

It's an interesting ideea to use day/night panoramas for clubs, hospitality but for real estate too.
