Hello,

I just tried to export a video with TW Pro 4.00.090710.

How can I adjust the quality of the export? It seems there ist a fixed bit rate, which is very low.

For a 720x576 video I only get about 1,2 Mbit/s and for a HD-Video 1920x1080 I get about 3 Mbit/s. Codec is MPEG-2. This isn't enough for a presentation DVD or Blu-ray.

How can I increase the bit rate?

For better result, go for screen capture instead.
