I have a customer that says the generated Flash files from tourweaver 4 are not displaying correctly on IE and FireFox for MAC. I don't have a mac so I can't tell. Maybe someone out there knows about this or can look and see if they see the same thing on a MAC.

Here is a screen shot of what they see on the mac: http://www.3dimagetour.com/temp/ScreenShot.JPG

Here are the actual tours: http://50gulfside.com/Fifty_Gulfside_Condominiums,_Inc./Apartments.html

randalltomes, I've just discovered the same problem. My VTs show fine on IE, FIrefox, Safari, Chrome, etc on the PC, but on the new macbook pro I bought for field work, the tours show up with blank skins and drop downs. The viewer window shows the tour, but all else including navigation is gone. Just a black (background default in my tour) back ground, which is why I would assume you have a blank white background. I've been looking for an answer and none found yet. I've also updated all possible files, my java, my flash, my firefox, and my safari, still no go. I hope Easypano has a solution. This is the first time I've played the tours on a Mac in 3 years of running the software. I was somewhat surprised. If no one has an answer here on the forums, I'll send a ticket to support. Good luck.

You have updated to the latest build right?
.. and replaced the twviewer.swf file on all your older tours?

This was an update released for fix problems with Snow Leopard.

Thanks Smooth, found out that there is one update to TW3 that is newer than mine. Have updated and am now replacing the twfviewer.swf files to see if that does indeed fix the problem. Cheers!

I sent new tours with the latest version of Tour Weaver. The version with the MAC fix in it. I asked them to let me know if it did not fix the problem. I have not heard a word in 2 weeks so I think that may have done the trick.

I think you can get away with just replacing one file (twfviewer.swf) on existing tours you have done.

Correct! Simply upload and overwrite the older twviewer.swf file with the updated version.
