Hi, does anyone know a way of removing the encryption from the jpe files. Or a method that will let me open them in an editor.

I need to edit the pano's that I created a couple of years ago but I have lost the original jpegs.

Any help would be great.

You can't.
I asked Easypano the same question a while back and unfortunately the encryption isn't reversible.
