When I create a hot spot with text and adjust the hot spot box to properly view the text the hot spot image becomes distorted. This does not happen in TW3.

Tried reporting this by opening a ticket to EP support but the submit page is not available!

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

It would be nice to have an EP view on this seeming the send ticket page appears to be a dead link!!!

Does anyone else have this problem when sending a ticket?

Thanks for the reply. I have finally managed to send a ticket so I will see what the response is from EP, I will post the answer here.

Hi,

same problems in TW5Pro !

It's like the clickable region is NOT displayed (refreshed) at the same time as the rest of the scene.

The symptom shows that, during the rotation, it draws first the clickable region, and just after the rest !
This gives a very bad impression of low quality Tour [:(]

Each of my pictures are 3000x6000 (high quality tours)
