Has anyone had problems with TW5 after installing Pano2VR?

I tried installing the demo of P2VR and it "knocked out" TW5 and made it non-functional

I uninstalled the P2VR and TW works fine afterwards.

Anyone using both on the same machine successfully?

I use these two and multiple others on the same computer without any issues.
