I am trying to use a custom template to publish a tour and you application crashes. I am following your online support methods like this:

<td> <!-%% Embeded Virtual Tour %%-></td>

and TW crashes.

How do I create a custom template and publish a flash tour to it from TW5?????????

BTW your support system on your website does not work. I fails upon submission.
