Hi, My project run always OK the video .flv en XP, but in Windows 7 sometimes no stop, the sound is remain until close the application.

Here a friend said me about to convert the .flv to .swf to solve this problem.

The video error is a compatibility problem with Windows?

Thanks!

hi,

You know, I had the same problem.
When I bought TW one of the first things I tried to do was to insert .swf videos. But I had the same problem you had with .flv.
The sound never stops untill one close the application.

About one month ago I reported this video error to TW time, but till now they haven't fixed it nor gave me some return.

Let's wait, who knows in the next atualization they fix it?

Anyone from Easypano to aswers us?

bye and good luck for us all, especially to Easypano time!

I have the same issue. Even in the TW5 demo the sound does not stop for me until I actually close the tour. I am using FF lastest version as a browser. I know some folks say there is no issue but clearly there is.

fernolo, does it only happen with windows 7 or do you see this problem with other computers and operating systems? Do you have a link to the tour so we can check it out? I have to pick up some things at a computer store today and I'll check things out if I can.
