Does everyone purchase direct from Easypano? We've had problems getting a response about our order. Do the resellers supply all licenses?

I bought mine directly from EP and have always found them to be really quick with getting help to me.  Usually tickets I post are dealt with at about 7 - 9am GMT if that helps.

I would suggest you purchase from EP direct or from Smooth's site: http://www.smooth360.info/
If you were to purchase from some rogue site you might be purchasing a pig-n-a-poke. If you purchase from EP or Smooth you are sure you're getting the real deal and will be able to get full support services.
