Hello, I may overlock something... but I tryed to import free scins from the easypano website, but there are no .sk files in those scin folders???

yes there are SK files. if you unrar the file from the site the SK file is most definitely with it.
I have just downloaded 2 and they are fine. I am trying to customize mine in photoshop. I need to know how to make my own SK file so it shows in the skin list

To make it show up in the "skin list" just make your skin background in PhotoShop or what ever you use and bring it into TW. In TW click on File > Export skin and in the pop up give a name and save. It will load to the list.
