Hello,
I had a system-crash that required a new mainboard.
All went fine - system is up and running good.
Except Tourweaver - TW says my licence is not valid.
Since I cannot start the old system:

How can I get my licence beeing free to install onto the new system ?

I emailed TW - will see what they say.

BTW: I use 2 installations, one staionary and one on my notebook.
The notebook-licence runs fine as ever.

Hi Mike, if you go to your account on the user panel you can retrieve your authorised code.

Hi nerjaace,
thtas not the prblem: I have the code.
But since the there are no activations left: I cant activate the licence.

But I got an email today from Genseng: she/he cleared my account and I could activate my licence now.

There should be an option in the account so you could reset it by yourself - like Capture One.
