Hi,

Tourweaver 5.0 is updated to builder 5.00.100701, and many problems are fixed. Check all of them in the What's New page and download.

There appears to still be a problem with the following:

If you add a "Flash Object" and add the action "Link to Scene" (as to mimic a hoptspot) and then transition "Walk" when you click the link in Fullscreen the "Scene Viewer" reverts to normal size leave the "Main Window" in Fullscreen. There is a noticeable quarter of black (lower right) that shows momentarily in the Scene Viewer.

5.00.100701 (and the latest flash player)

- at start, the map is moved or shifted. just click on the map it brings back to normal. ->Problem solved.

- after full screen (first go to the next room and exit to normal), the map is still invisible. currently, a major problem for my clients.

Agree with krabaz. This is a major issue. If I have my map open in normal viewing mode, then click on full screen mode, then go to a different scene, then exit out of full screen, i lose my map.

Also:

When switching from normal view to fullscreen all Flash Objects/Elements cluster to the top left corner. 1 click and they return to correct position. Much like the Map issue krabaz mentions.

Hi!

In the example "krabaz" posted, clicking in "normal " view and moving from room to room, the map moves offset again and the hotspot/radar turns offset also. After clicking on the map, it "jumps" into the right position. This happens even without switching to fullscreen and back.
The same happens when clicking on the hotspots/radars inside the map.

Regards, Martin

Hi all,

Thank you for pointing the problems out:) We will do our best to fix them as soon as possible. The programmers are working on them now and hopefully we can release another update next Monday.

Hi Smooth,

Can you give us an example to show the problems you mentioned?

The following two problems do not appear on our side:
"If you add a "Flash Object" and add the action "Link to Scene" (as to mimic a hoptspot) and then transition "Walk" when you click the link in Fullscreen the "Scene Viewer" reverts to normal size leave the "Main Window" in Fullscreen. "

"When switching from normal view to fullscreen all Flash Objects/Elements cluster to the top left corner. 1 click and they return to correct position. "

We indeed see a "quarter of black" when "walking" from one scene to the next while double clicking to exit full screen.

Thank you.
