Hi,

I would like to prevent TW to display a scroll bar in a info box (textArea)!

This scrolbar is very anoying, too bad for me if all the text does not appear, but I really don't need it !

Any hints

Thanks in advance,
Dominique

Hi!

As far as I understand, the scrollbar will not show up unless it is necessary. If the size (height/width) of the window is big enough to frame the text, no scrollbar will show up. (At least in TW 4)
Is it that what you meant or am I missing something?

Regards, Martin

Hi mskp,

I'll check the height !
My fonts are maybe a little big.

Thanks for the hint.

Dominique,

Personally I don't find the text very appealing when entered via the text area.

Unless you require the text to change with scene I would be inclined to type the text up in Photoshop and display it as a graphic within the tour.

Hi Smooth,

your remarks are always exact [:(]

Indeed, what I add is ... infos attached to each scene.[;)]

I think this part could be better, by specifying :
- no/scrolling mode
- moving text (from right to left)
- allowing the opacity for the background being independant from the opacity for the text
-...

Btw , reducing the Font Size help to make the scrollbar to not appear.
Thanks for the input

Best regards,
Dominique.
