I paid a lot of money, I kept busy with every single change from version to version. But since version tw5 so many failures appear, the software is buggy! I've got a trial version of tw6, but even this one is not faultless.

There exists a project in tw5 and tw6 (it is the same project file), it is a very simple one, but it doesn't work.

- new PC
- new Windows7 64bit installtion
and the latest flash version

step:
1. click fullscreen
2. click to the next room (green hotspot)
3. exit fullscreen
problem: the map is hidden or invisible!!! (grey/blank)

I bought this version, but I cannot use it!!! I never got an answer from easypano, there was never an offering for an update!!! That is nonprofessional!

step:
1. click fullscreen
2. click to the next room (green hotspot)
problem: i see the map in the right upper corner but i deactivated this option in the publish settings!

(I will not see the map in the right upper corner in fullscreen!)

BUT lo and behold! The failure from my first problem of version tw5 is resolved. That is really too much! Why is it impossible, to make an update for version 5?

Hi Krabaz, sorry to see you are having problems. I have not had any issues in TW5 or TW6 that you are having so I do not think it is the software. Yes there are still a few bugs in TW6 but nothing that would appear the any of the problems you are having.

The link to the project so we can download and have a look does not work. Not sure it will as it is an Easypano url??

In your project http://filmaton.tv/download/test6/test.html I have observed the following:

The hotspot link to other scenes works fine.
Fullscreen: If you dbl click the viewer you get fill screen no problem. If you click "Vollbild" which I am assuming is fullscreen in your language, there appears to be a double Action going on. Perhaps you coudl check the actions against this button.

The only map I see is if I click on the Anfahrsplan link and that woudl appear to be in a pop up. This would be better placed in a popupwindow and could be position more accurately.

These are only thoughts and worth a second look. Get back to us if we can help more.

Your fullscreen issue is because you "also" have a "Zoom In" added to the action. Remove this from the fullscreen (Vollbild) button and it will work fine.

I haven't got to the bottom of your "map" showing in fullscreen after changing scenes as yet. Maybe someone else can see the problem?
