I have a project where I'm experiencing missing thumbnails on one server and no missing thumbnails on a different server.

This one is OK:

Server 1

This one half of the thumbnails are missing: (scroll down on the list of thumbnails)

Server 2 (clients server)

I've tried re-uploading, looking for special characters or spaces in file names and nothing seems to help. I dread the thought of starting over with no guarantee of success but I cannot think of anything else. If anyone wants the project files, I'd be happy to zip them up.

Hello, I have a simmilar problem. check this tour.

It runs OK on a local computer when i launch the tour generated by TW7 but when I upload it to the server then after loading from the web i dont see half of thumbnails. Do you have any suggestion how to fix this issue?
