Sound is still worthless when it comes to narrating a tour. I am talking about sound for a scene, not background sound. A sound can be set to its length on the "Timeline" (a misnomer -  should be sequence line with approximate time or best guess line) and it is disregarded. I have shown EP that other programs let the sound determine the length of a scene, but I guess they weren't interested.

Hi Donald, it is a shame you cannot apply polygonal hotspot to Google Map. It woudl be nice to have a feature where you could add Lines or Polygons to the Google Map.

One feature that I woudl really like is to have Google Street View with teh ability to add hotspots - Do you think there is any realistic chance?

Hi Donald,
Thanks for the update. I like the addition of the polygonal hotspots and the volume control. I wouild like to try the night/day switching of scenes, but cant see a way to do that yet.

From the comments above, I would agree that both streetview and dual sound control (eg volume and mute for narration / sound effects separately controlled from background music) should be developed into this final release.

6.5 features look great, however how do we find out how to use the new features,
I can not find any help on how to sync a Day Night switch or anything on a Compass,
Have I missed something?

Happy New Year

To Bruce and willie,

Open Tourweaver help file, and under Introduction chapter find What's New in Tourweaver 6.50. New features in 6.50 version are all listed there with links to related instructions. Including day/night switch (Add Button) and adding a compass (Add Controllers and Compass).

To use day/night switch feature, you need to add a button and set its type as DayToNight in the properties panel. You also need to name the related scenes as xxx_DTN and xxx_NTD. Please refer to help file for details.

Hello Donald,

On panoguide.com, Jenny wrote that Tourweaver is updated to version 6.50.

Is 6.5 official now, or still in beta release?

Please explain.

Gr, Harry.
