We produced some VTs for a client more than a year ago using TW 4.0. The tours suddenly stopped loading several weeks ago at about 10-12%. They just hang at that point in the loading bar. Our programmer thinks it's a break in Flash code because it was programmed in an older version of flash that is not supported now. He seems to think we need to reload them with updated software.

This issue is more than 6 months old. It happened with a Flash security update.
